ONLINE TRAINING
Perfect for clients with tighter schedules, or who prefer to train individually as their schedule allows or current social distancing restrictions dictate.
Starter Package: (For those new to fitness training or returning after an absence)

30-DAY CHALLENGE
Starting on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, the 30-Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels, and incorporates a challenging and wide variety of cardio (options available), body-weight/strength exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc.) and nutritional tasks, with highly achievable, daily goals that increase in intensity as the month progresses. Participants receive weekly assignments via text or email every Saturday, as well as a daily text message to provide incentive and support.
Cost: $30; must sign up at least three days prior to intended start date.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
In-person training is not being offered at this time. We will be making every effort to resume face-to-face training as soon as possible.
